OUR HISTORY… Center For Families In Transition, Inc. ("CFT") is an Arizona not for profit corporation founded in 1997 in response to the increasing rate of dissolution of marriages in Maricopa County. Our founders believe that the best method for addressing family restructuring is through a supportive and confidential environment in which positive change can occur more readily and productively.

OUR SERVICES… CFT offers mediation services and the parent information program to those who are struggling with reconciliation, legal separation, dissolution of marriage, paternity or post-decree issues. In addition, family mediation services include family disputes regarding elder care, probate and family business matters.

OUR MISSION… CFT assists families in exploring solutions that offer equity for each individual as they create a new life direction.
